Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value your commitment and aim to provide high-quality training and consultation.
1. Cancellation
Session cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
You can cancel or reschedule through your Calendly confirmation email or by contacting us.
2. Refunds
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be processed for sessions missed without prior notice.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Once a course or consultation has been delivered
